The authorization for constructing the new pipeline facilities has been granted to the Bakken Pipeline Company in Burke County, North Dakota. Additionally, other permits have been issued for the upkeep and operation of existing pipeline infrastructures at border locations. These permits are as follows:
– Bakken Pipeline Company has been authorized to maintain and operate existing pipeline facilities in Burke County, North Dakota.
– Enbridge Energy has received permits to operate and maintain existing pipeline facilities in St. Clair County, Michigan.
– Enbridge Energy is also permitted to manage and maintain existing pipeline facilities in Pembina County, North Dakota.
