The trust designates all assets to other family members, primarily Pamela Warner, along with his father and half-sister. Allegations in the court documents suggest that funds from life insurance and retirement accounts were distributed to beneficiaries, totaling more than $1.25 million US.
Tenisha Warner is seeking a sum exceeding $1.2 million US, urging the court to acknowledge her and their daughter as rightful heirs, freeze trust distributions temporarily, and provide a detailed financial report. The requested amount includes various financial obligations allegedly unmet by Malcolm-Jamal Warner before his demise, such as life insurance payouts, annual gift provisions, IRA contributions, and salary commitments.
