The funeral served as the final tribute to the renowned designer following a two-day public viewing at the Valentino Foundation’s headquarters in Rome earlier in the week.
Notable figures from the fashion industry, including Tom Ford, Donatella Versace, and Anna Wintour, as well as Hollywood celebrities like Anne Hathaway, were in attendance at the funeral service. Fans and supporters also congregated outside the church, some wearing red attire or accessories in honor of Valentino’s signature color.
Valentino Garavani, who passed away at the age of 93 at his residence in Rome, was beloved by royalty, first ladies, and celebrities such as Jackie Kennedy Onassis, Queen Rania of Jordan, and Julia Roberts.
