Jean-François Denis, a Quebec City police officer, was among the parachutists who participated in this challenging endeavor. After five years of rigorous training and strict dieting, Denis and his teammates awaited confirmation from international judges on breaking the previous record set in 2007. Despite falling short of their goal of 111 participants the next day due to errors, Denis remains optimistic about attempting it again.
