Justin Bieber, the Canadian pop sensation, is set to make a comeback on stage as a co-headliner for the first-ever FIFA World Cup 2026 Final Halftime Show. The star-studded lineup includes Madonna, Shakira, and BTS, among others. The show aims to raise funds for the FIFA Global Citizen Education Fund to support children’s education and sports worldwide.
The event, curated by Chris Martin of Coldplay, will feature artists from around the world coming together for a good cause. Bieber’s upcoming performance marks his return to the stage since his Coachella appearance earlier this year. The FIFA World Cup Final is scheduled for July 19 at the Metlife Stadium in New Jersey.
While the show’s concept has garnered mixed reactions, with some questioning the addition of a musical performance to the traditional soccer event, FIFA is promoting it as a historic moment in entertainment. However, some broadcasters, like BBC and ITV, may opt out of airing the halftime show in favor of traditional punditry and analysis.
