“Daryl Watts Leads PWHL December Star Lineup”

Toronto Sceptres forward Daryl Watts was recognized for her strong performance in December as she secured a spot in the PWHL’s starting lineup announced on Friday. The accolades highlight the standout performances of the top three forwards, two defenders, and one goaltender for their exceptional contributions in the preceding month.

Watts showcased her skills by registering at least one point in five out of seven games last month. Her noteworthy achievement included scoring four goals, with a crucial game-winning goal in Toronto’s victory over Montreal in the recent Saturday match.

Joining Watts in the honor roll were forwards Kendall Coyne Schofield and Britta Curl-Salemme from the Minnesota Frost. The defensive standouts acknowledged were Megan Keller and Haley Winn of the Boston Fleet, while Aerin Frankel, a teammate of Keller and Winn, was recognized as the top goaltender of the month.
